FEAR OF THE FUTURE-HOW TO BE BRAVE

April 8, 2025

I don't know about you, but I am finding all the ups and downs in our government, in the stock market, with friends worried about their jobs, their scientific projects, and so on, very concerning. I am afraid. I feel worried. On the other hand, I know that my attitude about it all has a huge effect on the quality of my life. I also know that focusing on people I admire, who seem to focus on constructive actions, values, dreams, and even solutions, fills me with hope and confidence. And what is different about the people I admire? To me, they are very brave. They go ahead despite their fears. And so I want to be like them, to train myself through building good habits. to forge ahead with my dreams. I like having things to look forward to. I like practicing bravery and discipline and creativity and change. No matter what age you might be, I thought that you might like to read the ideas below about 'how to be brave.' It helped me, and I hope it might help you too!
